WHO WE ARE.

Christ Church of Orlando is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church in the heart of central Florida.  You're gonna love this church! Wherever you are on your spiritual journey we're here to help you take the next step.  Our founding pastor, Paul Valo, began CCO with 34 people who had a passion to worship God and love people.  Within a few weeks we outgrew our initial location at the Colonialtown Community Center on Ferncreek Avenue and relocated to "The Plaza Theater" on Bumby Avenue.  After outgrowing the theatre location, we purchased the property where we are currently located at 2200 S. Orange Avenue in the heart of the downtown Orlando district called SoDo.

Since our very simple beginning, we have experienced continued growth.  To accommodate and sustain our growth, we have added multiple weekend service times and continued to develop environments and experiences that people are finding relevant and exciting.  Looking toward the future, we began to acquire properties adjacent to our church campus with the hope of expansion. In 2017, we completed and moved into our new worship center at our current landmark location.  This new worship center is the first phase in a three-phase building program that will ultimately allow us to maximize our opportunities to impact our community.

Our desire has been to create an environment that you, your family and friends would love to attend.  A place where you would feel loved and welcome.  And it's working!  Many people who had given up on church have found this to be the kind of place they actually enjoy.
